It's a rule for a reason. Has to be some type of way to confirm it without completely ******* a team; especially if the head coach is standing right behind you. Hell the ball boy can yell timeout if that's the case.

Wow both the Tampa and Jets losses ended in brutal fashion re: the refs/occurrences.
We deserved to lose though, congrats to the Chargers. Bad games from Wilson, Lynch, o-line and the whole defense. Great game from Rivers especially their clock management... Which is what they do.

change the rule. if only a HC can call a timeout is a rule and someone else called one, it shouldn't be upheld. that's hard to understand?
