Clearly an interference on Kuechly. i've seen lesser contact been called for PI week in and week out.
The ref choked on that call. I will never ever understand refs who pick up the flag. They shouldn't be refereeing when they can't stand by their decision, or, if they can be coerced out of it.

Hate the Pats and I'm glad they lost but that was definitely a pass interference on the last play of the game.
