I have the highs. I bought my TTS and 100% could NOT make it work; toe cap made it too tight. I mean I could get it on, but wouldn't look forward to wearing them that way. I returned for a half size up. I have a medium wide foot, and ALL of my shoes are 10.5 except the OG Huarache Runs, which are a full size up. The newer Huarache Ultras are TTS for me. Hope this helps.
