The only thing that bugs me about these and the petrole retro’s is that double toe guard at the front its like the womens pairs with no toe guads and then they went and slapped a clear toe guard over them

Good eye. So are you saying that clear cap it’s like a clear rubber instead of the OG plastic?

Id say its like any other clear toe cap the coloured toe caps are that plasticy/rubber but they are flexible

Petrole retro

Wmns Brazil CW as you can see it still has double toe guard but not as noticeable on solid colour toe caps you can just about make out its there underneath

My mate does sole swaps and he has used the donor soles with toe cap still attached and he does this to them before initially bonding them to the upper

Yea those are the cheap rubber ones. Atleast 2018 ogs had plastic
