their vip card is valid for a year.
you need to renew every year but no need to accumulate 15k again.
you just need to pay for the card i think.

Correct, card is valid for a year then pay 100 pesos for renewal. That is what I did when my card expired this year. Paid 100 pesos then got it after three weeks I think.
