That is specifically from Nintendo. Retailers may follow suit due to the “suggested sales pricing”, but there will be better sales on 3rd party games Im sure.
Pretty positive Walmart will still go lower than what Nintendo advertised.

Switch is still 20M lifetime units away from matching the DS in lifetime sales, whether it surpasses it or not will depend on if the Switch's next generation is around the corner of further along the timeline to garner enough time to get those sales or not.

Tears of the Kingdom made it to the Top 10 sellers.............only a matter of time until Super Mario Bros Wonder does the same and eclipses NSMBU Deluxe from the list.
Super Mario Party still in Top 10, damn casuals really don't care that there is a better Mario Party (Superstars) game out on the Switch already
