Our society pushes so much sex i think its unhealthy and we should gain self control and cleanse our minds and pur bodies.

Yes this might seem ridiculous but it is a great challenge.

I won't say that I can't do this. But I will say that I don't want to. IMO, there's nothing wrong with fapping in moderation. You release pent up testosterone.

I plan on making a note of every time I do it in 2014. If I can stay at 10 times or below, I'm good in my book.
