im not sure if we've read the same article but the one i read was a study of internet porn's effect on relationships and one of the points was that the whole fantastic side of porn actually did mess with couples sex lives because the guy would want his chick to reenact stuff she wasnt cool with, i guess my whole point is that masturbation itself was not the real issue

It's mostly a thing of visual desensitization. You could get used to the instant gratification of porn, then when you attempt to get
down with your girl, *WOMP WOMP* you can't (or take too long to). So basically, less porn = good. It doesn't mean don't fap,
it just means don't constantly do it and always have it on your mind, to the point where you rather fap than have sex, or even fap
cause you can, even if you really don't even want to.

I agree, last year I told myself my days of fap'n were about over and I had points where I wouldn't do it for months @ a time. Needless to say I was a lot more energized, focused, and when I did hook up with a shorty I beasted. More testosterone can be beneficial in performance of various tasks, the less you fap the more testosterone you build up.

naww i just went to one my beast %@# special website to check real quick im so wrong its not even a white sofa its a purple sofa and it like in a white place with a hard wood brown floor and its not even wesley pipes
