-Take a deep breath
-Spin ball
-Take 4 dribbles
-Take another deep breath/ hold ball at my chest area.
-Release.

WET.

I don't set my feet until the ref gives me the ball. I put my right foot on the nail.

Two dribbles
Spin on my left hand
Bounce on my knees four times, on the fourth is when I go up to release the ball

Do a follow through shot attempt without the ball.

Grab the ball with both hands on the sides, throwing it slightly in front of me while back spinning it.

Take two dribbles.

Spin the ball in my hands.

Shoot.

Turned myself from a sub 50% FT shooter to 90%+ once Iadopted this routine during Soph. year on JV.

1. Spin Ball in hands.
2. Bounce twice.
3. Spin Ball in Hands.
4. Bounce Twice.
5. Make sure hands are on the part of the ball with no writing (usually where the air pump hole is)
6. Stare at the Basket and then bend knees.
7. Release with Follow Through.
