who did he have in Avy? was that an NT'er?

I'm struggling to remember the thread but he was out of line and Meth quoted him and said that avy was another NT'er.
He came at me in his most recent meltdown over something I didn't even say. I told him to get help, whatever is going on with him I hope he can overcome it through professional help.
