Outacontrol makes real good beats too, though he doesn't post much anymore.

ikon was around since the beginning and he doesn't post much anymore either.

Nope. I program for fun, to maintain the skill not for profits. Its a good look on my resume if music fails me. I still do music... ALL DAY everyday.. Ijust don't post anymore because I honestly don't have the time. Im sittin here at my homeboy's crib at 7:20 in the mornin, we all just got in (longstory). I just ran threw Marvel's beats.... The samples and pre-built hooks are off and repetitive and the kicks are way to loud. Not feelin that TAGeither... To long, not subtle..(personal preference). Not to many functional change ups or transitions to keep the rhythm fresh. Drops are no where to befound. The five beats I heard ALL contained samples... lack of originality will kill you these days. ESP since your relying so heavily on a sample. Whereexactly from the south are you from Marvel? Don't think I'm knocking you I'm just being honest, something you'll learn to appreciate WHEN youhit the industry.

How's that deal coming along FLU? You need to get that done ASAP - I've said this for a few years now, your one of the best underground producersI've heard in a while...

Manne most of those beats were made for beat contests or me messing around, I just started sampling earlier this year. It's funny because folks said all Idid was Southern beats so I started sampling to give my artists more of a variety of tracks.Oh, and I'm from Baton Rouge. I got tracks for some formerTrill Ent artist and some current J Records artists.

It's funny you got Three 6 over that beat because it kinda has that same vibe from that DJ Paul song "King of Kings", it's a nice track.

everyone is equally amazing... everyone here has their individual style... from Plan, Mez & Japes boom bap swing with incredible chopping abilities to Time& Flu's new wave, high energy bangers... NT's got talent

Some of the things I've heard have blown me away, I spent some time this weekend going through the NT beat thread.

Amazing. It's only a matter of time before we hear SOMEBODY from here on the radio.
