Over the years I've transitioned from 569's to 505's, and later settling on 501's. I also wear 511's sized up, they fit very well with the stretchy material Levis uses. I can't go back to the overly baggy style ever again, but at the same time the real skinnys are not for me either. I tried on 510's and was shocked how people could wear these. :x
