i want to learn how to lucid dream so i can either look in the mirror or call myself...and then both at the same time

I think that calling yourself thing is a joke.

I did it during a lucid awhile back and nothing happened. My lucid dreams feel like they only last 5 minutest too and I was pissed I wasted it
