I rarely have Saturday Night off.. in fact, I rarely have Friday AND Saturday Night off. I don't think I've had both off back to back in over a year.

I had both this week. So I made plans to go to dinner, then a night on the town with the woman I've been dating for Friday night. Then on Saturday night, I figured I'd cook up a nice steak with this new coffee rub I'm trying out and watch this great game between two top teams.

The big night of plans got downgraded to a small bite to eat and watching movies because she came down with her period... and then this happens on Saturday night. God help me.. if this steak isn't delicious I'm going to freak out.

Long story short.. I should have just worked.
