Precious should have played. He had success last game flustering both Embiid and Maxey in tandem with OG. :smh:

I am beyond sick at the moment.
 
Precious and Burks need to play.

Thibs cant go with this short rotation expecting good results everytime.

Really hope the Knicks come with a chip on their shoulder game 6. This series should’ve been closed out.

OG should have been guarding Maxey from the inbound; the way the other 6ers were shooting you can live with Harris making a 3; and you can live with them hitting a 2 by just guarding the 3 point line. You still had a time out left.
 
I can’t even put into words how devastating this is right now.

Knicks defense has to step it up big time and keep Philly around the low 100s, upper 90s; Knicks offense been struggling to score this series barely getting close to 100 and especially missing their FTS. This loss is more deflating to the Knicks than what happened to the 6ers in game 2; the Knicks got to shake this loss off and need to start game 6 strong
 
Someone gotta come out next game and have a big offensive night. Like 25+ type game. Maybe that's OG, Hart, DDV, whoever. Don't matter. Someone gotta just cook alongside Brunson for us to win in Philly.

OG played great help defense in game 4, but for a guy considered an elite defender, he hasn't done **** this series. Super disappointing

This is what really was most disappointing. Embiid was out there trying to get ready for his exit interview and here come the Knicks tricking this game off.

In the crunch, the offense just devolves even more into hero ball for JB. Ninjas barely get that ball across the timeline by 16 and then it’s time to get action run already. Iso iso iso work still at first but they had more specialists in RJ & Juju to share the workload. OG is not gonna carry any unit offensively but the fit is better when they’re whole.

It’s just JB who can be counted on to get his at that level now. DiVo really has been the second scoring option but its been ruff at times for the most. Giving Deuce the greenlight could be the best adjustment for next game. Hopefully they both can help JB get the job done at MSG South.
 
Fumbled that badly. Brunson has gotten us far being a scorer down the stretch but he has to realize when to trust his teammates.

Mitch let the moment get to him...just stick to making the right play. Missed FTs killed us.

Precious has to see the court next game and if Donte isn't making shots or defending you have to give McBride his minutes.

We can still win but that was a momentum shifter...they can't let themselves get overwhelmed.
 
Last night's game was demoralizing. It brought back memories of Reggie's choking gesture...horrible PTSD! I even found myself dreaming about various scenarios and the loss, especially about how a foul wasn't called during that crucial moment. I'm down fellas!

I just seen that the game starts at 9 pm....if NYers go, they may as well call out of work the next day lol

Knicks need all the offense they can get; Knicks were definitely gassed, got killed on the boards, letting PHI to get 20+ offensive boards and they were able to get 20+ points off Knick turnovers; If Donte isn’t right Knicks are not winning the series, losing Bogey is huge bc he spaces the floor even if he’s having an off night ; can’t always rely on Brunson to score 40 just to have a crack of winning a game. Out of all stars missing significant time in the playoffs (butler, rozier, dame , Giannis, KP) you gave Embiid playing his heart out and at 65/70% in which he can give you 50 in any given night
 
Not excusing anything that happened at all but it's easy to get caught up in the moment & crowd towards the end of an emotional game like that. Very tough to let your guard down a bit then have to lock back in for overtime. And now you have to really lock in & go on the road for a game six. Just all self-inflicted.

Pacers lost, too so round two starts on Monday. Would have had five days off.
