Yea that does help. I have a pair of legit ones from footlocker and my boost doesn't have those little "wrinkles" on the boost. It's really smooth. But just to warn you, I'm not the best person to ask tbh. Should ask the pros. Or you can always post on reddit.com/r/repsneakers. They are pretty good at legit checking over there.
