I don't see why not. I am not going to lie, I have not ordered from them yet. They RARELY have a size 12 in anything.
But I have asked them general questions about their site, and about various overseas releases, and they answer in a timely fashion.
They have a facebook and twitter page, so I'm sure they are not shady. Plus I know fellow NTer's have ordered from them
in the past.
