Not only can you ‘Choose Your Flight’ with the Air Jordan 2012, but following up on last year’s unprecedented launch of the AJ flagship on NIKEiD, the current model will also offer an array of online customization options. The Air Jordan 2012 iD will debut on February 25th alongside the A, E and Q editions at select JB retailers, allowing for more control if you want to get a bit more expressive than the AJ2012′s relatively subdued designs. When you get a sense for how much this shoe and its variations allow for a true custom fit, one can’t help but wonder what the future will hold for this pioneering series that never fails to surprise the industry with groundbreaking designs and technical achievements. We already have an incredible range of options at our fingertips, and you can see a few of the possible combinations after the jump below, including the true ‘bred’ colorway for which Jordanheads have been clamoring for a while now.

i'm not feelin these at all.
they look like wingtips and saddle shoes made a sporty baby.
on the moon.

I'd like them a bit more if the Jumpman on the side were minimized, but it's not a deal breaker. I could live with at least a pair of these as iDs especially since I don't think I'm going to run across the YOTD.

Some of the nike ids

Are the "deluxe" versions limited? Not sure I'm ready to drop $225 on a deluxe set without seeing them in person, and I probably won't make it out to the store until the evening. Need to see the wolf grey volt colorway up close.

some of these IDs look great. the blue all star and the wolf greys are probably my favorite but wont be purchased unless they are on heavey discount.

air-jordan-2012-bred-7.jpg

If one had to choose a color to depict the ‘aura’ of Michael Jordan, black and red would be the instant choice. The combination of black and red made famous by Michael’s unmatched tenure with the Chicago Bulls has created a trademark colorway for sneakers beautified by the Air Jordan, but a true Black/Red colorway was absent from the Air Jordans prior – the last time seen in the Air Jordan XX3. The heralded ‘Bred’ returns in the Air Jordan 2012 in breathtaking fashion, with a tonal black upper with contrasts of leather panels and the glossy Flywire shell, a red inner bootie, and a grey inner lining totaling up to one of the most luxuriously designed Air Jordans ever. Continue reading for a look at the Air Jordan 2012 ‘Bred’ – tentatively set for a Summer 2012 release – and stay tuned to Sneaker News because our top-tier coverage of the Air Jordan 2012 Launch in New York City isn’t done yet.

air-jordan-2012-all-star.jpg

It’s an Air Jordan 2012 takeover today on Sneaker News, as Jordan Brand launches the twenty-seventh installment on the most storied footwear saga in history. With a wide release slated for this upcoming NBA All-Star Weekend, there surely is a special set of colorways for that special event, as we’ve seen with prior Air Jordan releases. The Air Jordan 2012 ‘All-Star’ features two opposing themes colored up in bold colors of red and navy blue, using solid white outsoles and interiors to create a sweet contrast of visual color. Unlike Nike’s All-Star Game preparations, which consist of a ‘Galaxy’ theme, the Air Jordan 2012 opts for a more opulent touch that perfectly matches to wing-tip styling of the shoe. Continue reading for a detailed look at the Air Jordan 2012 ‘All-Star’ and stay tuned for more Air Jordan 2012 updates and news!

YOTD look dope to me! I don't mind paying retail for these. Wolf Greys were copped at $160 shipped so I am stoked about that also. That last id group shot with the navy/photo blue/varsity maize colorway looks doooope. Haven't felt this way about a flagship Jordan in a LONG while.

i'm not going to lie this id is nice but i dont know if i'm going to mess with id like i did with the 2011's

Looks like I'm gonna have to mess with i.d. once again...I really like these ones here:

I'm thinking that the i.d.'s will cost about $200 but you can only get one liner and one insole.
