Has anyone had difficulties stacking survey coupons lately? This past week, at two different locations, I was only able to use one. When the second code was entered it came back with an error. Stacking dead?

Almost bought a pair of white/black Zoom Clear Out (11.5) just because they were $29.99 with 20% off. They'd come out to $16 with a $10 coupon.
I ended up getting Benassi Slides for $6 total ($18-20%+tax-$10 coupon).

Was just at citadel. 20% off hash shoes and 30% off apparel. They had 2 of the hoodie acg in grey from this pass collection. They had a ton of kmtr(the plastic lock one) for $150 plus the hash discount. There was a pair of bred 13 in a 9.5 I believe, didn't check the price
