Bought these for almost $45 at my local adidas outlet, Adidas Phantoms.

Got these from a friend for 150, says that he only fit them.

Problem is they smell like smoke and the uppers are kind if dusty. Would the material of the upper on these be okay to wipe down with a wet towel? And what can I do about the smell? The uppers smell like cigarette smoke
