Already locked in for LV on the 4th.. but trying to decide between NO, Miami and Vegas w/the wifey in the next few weeks.  Tough decision, though im not crazy about Miami

Being in LA is a blessing and a curse.

My boy once had a one night thing in Vegas and then ended up dating the girl

I need to do a random one night in Vegas. I've never been like, "Yo it's Friday night, we don't have anything going on... Vegas?"

Me neither. I've joked about the "we can get there by 12am if we go now" but never really happened.

What's up with that high speed train tho? Did that project get shut down?

They've been talking about a high speed train to Vegas (from SoCal) for decades. It's never going to happen.

If I lived in LA I would probably go to vegas atleast twice a month...a 4hr drive is nothing and I can stay out there for free

Yeah it's not happening. Funding is all messed up. I can make it there in 3 hours anyways, no need for it imo.

I usually get the full montague it's roast beef and turkey and cheddar and Swiss
My girl usually gets the sandwich that's like a thanksgiving sandwich it's turkey cranberry sauce stuffing and other stuff

I think it's pretty overrated, personally. It's fine when you're drunk, but I've had it sober a few times and it's just a decent sandwich joint. And sometimes that line is like 45 minutes long. Not worth it at all.

Not awful, I've stayed in their queen room. Wouldn't stay in the pyramid rooms though.

I'll walk the strip, no further than ceasars palace tho.

Yeah I don't really mess with the mgm hotels. Stay on the Wynn/ palazzo end.

Youre better off at NYNY or monte carlo. 5-10min walk to mgm.

NYNY is right next to the MGM.
It's more of a 2 minute walk lol
But that's why I like it. I can pretty much walk anywhere.

I stopped by Haze a couple years back and saw one of the baddest girls I've ever seen. She was at a table with lesbians. Still not sure if she was one herself.

as long as you avoid heading out there Friday evenings and coming back Sunday. Bc its more like 6 hours bc of traffic

I refuse to drive those days. I prefer Saturday to Monday trips now. With Nightswim Sundays are as good as Fridays

In terms of clubs, it's okay now with Light and Hak, and the two pool parties. But for walking the strip, it's awful. I prefer staying around Mirage/Palazzo. Easier to walk to all my spots. I try to minimize cab rides as much as possible. If I was staying at MGM, I'd have to cab it everywhere. My last trip, I literally dind't take a cab on the strip. Only to UNLV a couple times.
