change the "access" to your vehicle, mine was on "noone" then i switched it to "everyone"

Noticed two things while online just now:
1. Tattooed corn rows are gone
2. When you call the mechanic for a car, he doesn't show up anymore. The car will be parked on the nearest curb, but the mechanic character is gone.
