Start off by listening for the pieces that you are familiar with/have heard before, grab them, and enjoy.

I'm sure that, at several points in your life, you've heard random, short snippets of Classical music here and there. (Who hasn't heard Ride of theValkyries?)

You'll learn that, in any given Classical piece that you are familiar with,

the music that's not the music you are previously familiar with > the music that you are previouslyfamiliar with... if that makes sense.

(It probably doesn't. I basically mean that, generally speaking, the snippet of music that we are familiar with in a given Classical piece is not as goodas the rest of the song.)

^^I picked up "The 100 Most Essential Pieces of Classical Music" on iTunes about a year ago for $5.99 (!!!) and its one of the best purchases of mylife. I've started to expand my collection a little from that great start.

Anyways, my recently added includes:
J.Cole - The Warm Up Mixtape
& a cover of the song "Champagne Supernova" by Matt Pond PA. I gotta say that recently I have been finding that I like covers of Oasis songs morethan the original songs themselves haha.

Also, I will be picking up Wilco (The Album) on Tuesday so I can add that too
