Yeah no way am I separating these from the duck boot laces. Would be wrong...
 
The Only NB’s I own are the MRT580’s by shoe gallery released a while back. Definitely love how comfortable they are.

Looking to get into the NB game a lil more and was hoping you guys could recommend something as comfy or comfier than the 580.

Red CNY’s looking good. 997 model. Are they available anywhere?

Noticed they have a flagship store in San Francisco, hopefully they have some good stuff stuff. Collars and what not

997 would not be my choice if you're looking for comfort. 998 and 991 is much better than the 997, but either the 990v4 or anything with the 990v3 sole (990v3, 770.9, 1500.9, 991.9) are your best shots.

Almost all the shoe shops will have sales where you can find multiple good cw's under $100. There are some (particularly collabs) where you shouldn't expect the price to drop much, if at all.

DTLR/Villa and YCMC always have lots of 990's, and it's not uncommon to find good deals there. Sometimes you need to get lucky on sizes, though, when it comes to getting lots off at discount. That being said, so many stores have 990's that you'll be able to find less popular CW's for relatively cheap all over the place. In my experience, only way you're getting 990's for super duper cheap is if they're having a holiday sale and you use a code.

But they only have a size 11. That happens to be my size, and I'd grab em in a second if I didn't already have them.
