Local dtlr (Wheaton, MD) had a good 15 people in line before opening. Pretty much all men sizes were gone within an half hour although they didn’t receive many. Maybe 2 per size at most. Always solid collabs with dtlr and June Sanders. The leather accents are nice, different than your usual 990v3

991s don't agree with my feet at all. Tried TTS and half size up. Just gave up on the model.
we'll see how I fare with the 991's too, they look nice, but at the end of the day, if they don't feel comfortable, what's the point.

I haven’t pulled the trigger on the navy 990v2 yet, maybe I’ll wait for these. Heard great things about the 993.

I really wish the 990v6 were available in store so I can just try em on first before buying. I bought 4 different sizes to get the right one and once I did, the damn shoe has an unsightly physical bump on the toe box. Ordered my 5th gd pair of these things

Yeah. Went from sleek (v5) to bulky-sleek.
Definitely comfortable though.
