Did you purchase 992 before these 3 pairs?
No these were my first pairs of 992s. All the same colorway too, classic grey. First pair was the left shoe outsole pushed up on the area right behind my toes. And the last two pairs both the right shoes pushed up at the same spot. Felt like there was a line poking up across the bottom of the shoe. Love the look of the shoe but for the money, I'll go find another model that fits me better. Saves me a lot of money though because all the 992s collabs are pretty expensive. Kills the desire a little bit. Ha. But sucks at the same time because the Kith 992 was a grail of mine before I actually tried them on. I settled for the mauve soles and the 998s. Got both those shoes for under what the 992s are running, although that is a stunning looking shoe I must admit.

SNS with 3 day shipping from Sweden. Got some pears for my folks and I (got birthday/Christmas gifts early , funny how those who clowned me for wearing NBs are jumping on board now from all the hype NBs has generated these past years)

Old man shoes for everyone I guess :nthat:

May have to do a custom job on the M992TQ. Want to black out any part that has lime green. The 3m toebox reminds me of the DC 992s.

Phantom Menace arrived. Definitely comfy and suede is nice. A necessity for any post-apocalyptic fit.

Really sorry for all the sizing questions on these (not just me lol) but does anyone have input on whether these are on the wider or narrower side? I'm trying to cop resale and I hate having too much room in my shoes, but I hate pinky toe pain more. I know NBs are often wide foot friendly, but these are different

For me, these fit exactly like my 990v5's (just tried them both on to be sure).

thank you, I actually don’t own any NBs right now though haha, and I never had a 990 v5. maybe I should hit a local shop and try some on. I’m pretty sure I actually have before, but I can’t remember.

Just picked up my Rain Clouds from EB:

I love the little extra soundtrack they included! It even is titled, “Refined Future”. It’s such a nice touch! Now, I just need to find a CD player LOL! The laces need to go though!

Sizing: I went with the same size as the Salehe WBTG 2002Rs. On try-on, I feel that it’s consistent with the usual Nike/Jordan sizing. I have narrow to normal width feet, and they fit just how I prefer with a thumb’s width of allowance toward the toes.

Some sole to sole shots to gauge sizing for y’all:

2002R (TTS) vs. Made in USA 998 (Down 1/2 from my TTS)

I not a fan of sizing advice because everyone's foot is different. For me, I'm a brannock 9E and I took my typical Nike running shoe size 10. There's a thumb width of room in the front and no pinching at the toe (i have duck feet so this is a big issue for me - I usually have to rock 10.5 in Jordans and Air Max because of said toe).

You should definitely try on the 990v5s. Walk around town all day comfort.

These Wheats just came in from NB. My first 327s, really light and comfortable. I'm 11.5 in Nike/Jordan, 12 for Yeezy 350s, have average to slightly wide feet, and went TTS for these if anyone is looking for sizing.

Finally unplugging and looking to explore other brands of footwear and I saw this past weekend and have been eying them. They look amazing!
