Wearing these (Orlandos) for the first time today. Holy christ what is with the uncomfortable arch in this shoe?

Maybe? But I've never needed a wide on a single shoe in my life and feet are far from flat. I'm an ON cloud wearing office Millennial, those shoes have high arches and don't bother me. I remember the talk about the heel slip a lot on these (they do) but I've never experienced anything like this feeling in a shoe. 12s fit fine. Its so weird.

thats a ross pen marking at the bottom, but need clarification on the size. People flaunt ross steals but context is important.
