I think he's referring to durability in the long term.
To answer the question, I don't think you need two of the same pants, unless they're different colors like a lot of the NTers do. I wear mine almost every day during the fall/winter and haven't had any issues with coming apart or anything like that.

Strangely enough I actually ordered some clothes from there a little while ago. Shipping was a little long but everything arrived fine. Also, paypal security features are great so you should be fine with the order.
