Finally got them loud Gentle Typhoon AP-31s on my Corsair H80 toned down thanks to this baby:

50 Watts per channel.

Surprising to see it's already out here, but not available at US retail stores yet. 

Just ridiculous how silent these fans are slightly undervolted. My other case fans (especially the Corsair H80 fans I'm now using as dual side-panel fans for the GPU) and GPU cooler are louder than they are. 

 Still ridiculously noisy when they're fully powered up.

Nice 800. Man, that thing is roomy! Very clean setup, too.
