On what depends your purchasing decision?

inspired by a private discussion and a subsequent bet I am interested in your opinion concerning the following statement:

I am of the opinion that － after having decided on the shoe model － the purchase decision depends primarily on the shoe's colourway and its name (apart from the price). What do you think?

Quality and craftsmanship.  Yes, this means I miss out on a lot of Jordan and Nike releases.  

Colorway definitely matters, however name means nothing to me.  If a shoe looks dope, I couldn't care less what the manufacturer decided to name it.

You're right, but what about a cool name for example on the tongue top?
