P/C on Miltary 4s

I would say about 150 tops. Thats just my opinion.

I'd shoot for between $100-150 tops as well - on a personal note I had 2 pairs of the Military Blues & I don't know if it was retro build quality but they were not comfortable for me at all. Ended up selling one pair & trading the other.

Out of all the recent AJ IV colourways the Militaries get dingiest and worn lookin the fastest, even more so than the Mars IVs.
