found a dude selling in a local facebook group for 650, told him i got 620 will it work and he said yes. I am picking them up later today. I almost paid 450 for just the pantones off ebay but they looked suspect to say the least and i backed out. No black cardboard inserts was the immediate giveaway.

Could be the lighting in his pic that makes the lace holders look like the same color as the rest of the shoe.

Either way, we still need more pics from OP to give him a better answer.

Also peep the black insert.

If they sold him the shoes with the XI drawer, there should be a QC sticker under the shoes inside the box. Have him check for that.
