That pic particularly definitely looks like someone used yellow lighting. I don't have them in hand so I can't say for sure, but every pic I've seen where they're in white/natural light they haven't looked dirty at all.

$150 is a little on the low side. My friend sold his pair on ebay for $250 and i've seen a few people sell their pairs for $200-$220. Makes $300 for 11's seem reasonable.
