These look so much different than the OG's... besides the obvious NIKE AIR, the shape looks so different.

Maybe it's just the non-yellowing that's throwing me off...

I'm glad people love these. I definitely think these are some of the hottest shoes ever created. I just know the demand and hype asthe days and months wind down is going to be insane. For once Jordan Brand, produce enough of these. People have been longing for these for 17 years. Some havehad these before, others such as myself have not. Please produce a very large amount for the true Jordan heads and collectors who really give a damn and wantthis shoe.

The price isn't going to change so why not make more? I don't want to see anybody who really wants these left out because the company we all buy ourshoes from is too lazy to produce enough quantities to satisfy it's core consumers.

I'm just happy to see a pair of Carmine's with icy soles. I could care less about the Jumpman on the back, my jeans will make it disappear.
 
this pack is copped for sure but not for the carmines, i want the xvii again! mines got ruined and ive regretted it every since

the X/XIII pack managed to drop sa Pilipinas. so did the XX3 premier. i'm pretty much sure that these will drop there as well.
 
On a side note I think this pack needs to be shipped on a double sided briefcase ..

.. Why not? The XVII had their own brifecase and the VI can surely rateone ... decisions ..

For older folks, this shoe is simply a classic. For me personally... just for me... this was the first pair of kicks that I had no chance of getting and was jealous of other people having. And the first time my boy Derek and I saw these on Jordan, we flipped. My dude was always a hustler, and I never was. I pretty much knew there was no chance of me getting them (or any Jordan at that time), abut the first words out of HIS mouth were, "You wait 'till I get those. Oh man... those are hot; just wait."

We moved to separate cities and lost contact with each other, but then I see him almost two years later at the bowling alley. As soon as I see him, I ask him about 'those red Jordans', "Did you ever get 'em?" He walks me out to his car, where they were in his back seat; they were his balling shoes. HIS BALLING SHOES. I sat there ad laughed with him and asked, "Oh man, how can you play in those, dude? Those are SWEEET!" And I picked 'em up, looked at 'em... and... became jealous that they were gone, I never got a pair, he did, a lot of people did, and there was a pair right there in his back seat... in case he ever wanted to run a game.

So, no joke, ever since I bought my first pair of Js with my own money from my own job (powder IXs), it was because of those carmines that I thought were so freaking sick, but never had a chance to get.

See? There are so many of us that have stories about carmines; maybe for someone, that was their first pair, but they ruined 'em when they went hiking in 'em, and they just never had a chance to get another pair. Now, that's true for a lot of shoes; military IVs, grape Vs, concord XIs... but most of these things have retroed, so people have had their second chance; but never with the carmine. It has always been stashed away by Nike, like some super-shoe that was too good to be retroed. "Those of you that missed out on those white/black IXs, we'll give you another shot at 'em. Concord XIs are what you're reminiscing about? How about we retro those bad boys for you? Oh, you have memories of fire red Vs, not being able to convince mom you need them? No worries, we'll retor those. But carmine?

i really appreicate your story and have much respect on you. sometimes hypebeast just cop the kicks cz everybody like it. but i still kinda dontunderstand this story could happen to any of jordan, but why ya perfer carmine over all other jordans.
