poor mans Royal Jordan Dunk SB's

i had a pair of dunks that i never wear, so i decided to turn them into some royal jordan sb's. 

BEFORE


Process:
first coats of paint paint and tongue removal


tongue stuffed, tags replaced, tongue flipped over


Finished product


Overall, they turned out great.  if you cant tell from the pictures, what i did to the shoes was remove the tongue, stuffed them, and flipped them so the black sidewas up.  i removed the nike 6.0 tag and stitched on a different nike tag(unfortunately i didnt have the blue SB tag).  i painted the shoes, andchanged the nike on the back.  all comments welcome.

it took a weekend to do them.  i was working on other projects at the same time.  what took the longest was removing, stuffing, and resewing the tongue.  that was a pain. 

i used angelus paint on them.  blended the colors until i found the right shade.  if you want to stuff the tongue, i used this site as a guide: http://www.howsyouredge.com/sneakers/

youll need seam rippers (or an exacto knife, which is what i used), a strong needle, and thread. 
 
This is an amazing job, really nice bro. The finished product looks real real good
