@eciaccord: I actually wear an 11 and all theyhad was a 10.5. They fit great which probably means they run a little big. You should be fine with a 10.5.

Question. Do all of the Birthday Lebron 4s come in the special edition zipper box? Or was it eventually released in a regular one?

Birthday IV's were released at Nike.com and came with zipper bags, I was told that there were B-Grades that made it to the outlet store with regular boxes.

The intital release came with the bag for like $225.

Then a few months later they put them on sale at Nike.com for $65. They came in the regular box and the bag was optional for like another $10.
