i noticed that a lot from other recruiters also. it really depend on the area you are in, recruiters can put on blinders and go after the folks in thearea they have had past success with joining. when i recruited i went after everyone, i didn't care if you weren't interested you might have knownsomeone who was. i gave them my card and i kept it moving.Originally Posted by oo206oo
