Prepaid credit card that you can get online?

Does anyone know if there is a prepaid visa card you can buy online and they don't send you the card they just email you the credit numbers? I want to buy something but I don't fully trust the site and they don't accept paypal. I can always go out tomorrow and get one but I was just wondering if they have something like this.

get a visa debit card from the grocery store. Basically the same thing and you have the same protection from visa you would with your normal debit/credit card.
