Question about Jordan 2001 Retro 1's

I just got my second pair in the mail today of the navy/white/silver jordan 1's and I noticed that it says 9389 of 22732 and my other pair says 5056 of 7016?? How come they have to different numbers, does it have anything to do with size?? (one is a 10 and other 10.5) Anyone know??

ohh so the number made is just for the different sizes... that make it seem more limited than is really should be

Sizing and where they were sold, if I am not mistaken.

The one with 22732 is 100% Authentic I am not sure about the other one.
