question about nike twitter rsvp

For the past 3 releases i have tried to do this twitter rsvp thing but never had luck now im starting to think its a fraud.  First was the playoff 12 at that time i checked twitter and saw it was posted 3 min before i got my DM in no luck.  Then with the cavs 4 and the lebron south beaches i signed up for texts and i literally got the DM in within 10 seconds maybe sooner.  But still no confirmation.  Exactly how does this work after i send it does the store pick and choose?  A lot of my friends are having the same problem and i just wanted to know has anybody actually gotten thru on the past 2 releases of cavs and south beaches?

It's supposed to be first come first serve. Lots of people get their DM's in within a few seconds and still miss out.
Probably is a fraud but who knows really

3 minutes is too long.
10 seconds or under, otherwise you're not gonna get it.
I'm 2/2 so far on RSVP. Was successful on the red/white XIs and these MVs.
I got my DM in about 3 seconds.
