question for the music makers of nt

ive been thinking about coppin a mpc, beat pad whatever you want to call it and i was looking for recommendations. i dont have a studio set up or nothing like that but i would still like to make some beats so im just wonderin if there are certain ones more suitable for use with a laptop.

Get an MPC 2000 to start and learn the ropes with. It does almost everything the others ones do.
Use it as a controller for whatever music software you are running.

Complely depends on how much money youre willing to invest.

I personally would just get a copy of FL Studio or Logic Pro (depending on whether you have a Mac or PC) and maybe a Maschine and a small midi keyboard.

With that setup you'll be able to make anything you want.
