This was such a disgrace. I had a pair of 13's in my cart and then when I got past the site down page to my cart, I had to wait 15 minutes to try to check out. Of course, when the timer ended, the pair was gone. Terrible service from Eastbay IMO. My mindset is, if any of us were physically in a store and we put something in our shopping cart, I would honestly think it is a slim to none chance a random person would just take that product from our cart. If it is in your cart, then it should be yours to buy via their website.

I believe so as each time I have carted on Nike via a release or re-stock, it has given me an opportunity to check out with no issues or waits. The only hard part, obviously, is securing a pair to get in your cart.
