Retro 13 black/varsity red white concerned need opinion

I just received these off ebay and I believe they maybe variants or at best B stock.

Look at the color on the soles bleeding.  Help please before I contact the seller.

He said they were 100% genuine.

The date seems legit although these are a 2013 release.

That's not bleeding, it's just poor quality control. They aren't B-grades either, those come stamped with a "B" label.

The shoes are legit.

One thing I forgot to mention. I read somewhere that you should not be able to remove the insole. I can on these???

I can remove it from all 4 of mine.

I have the same problem with the soles on these shoes. Seem legit.
