Retro 4 99 legit check

NT Fam, I need your help in verifying the authenticity of these kicks. I want purchase them because this is one of my grails.  I'm new to the game and I'm a little weary because 1) the tongue looks funny 2) the shoes say they were made in Taiwan. If this helps the seller is from the UK. In my research, the retro 4 from 99 I came across are manufactured in CHINA.

Definitely fakes..Shape is totally off, size tags are off etc.
