Rest In Peace.  My favorite Pun songs are probably Beware, Tres Leches, and Rhyme For Rhyme (which is VERY slept on, props to dude above who quoted it).  Capital Punishment is definitely a classic... an extremely well-rounded album that never sounded forced.
