RMKStore.com are they scamming me?

So i really wanted to Roshe runs and i found them on rmkstore. I bought them rather quick but i found out after wards that they mostly sell fakes. Anyway they are not responding me at all and been over a week since i bought them and even choose the most expensive delivery. Should i chargeback on my creditcard or anyone have experince with them?

Hi!  Just bought Hyperdunk from them a few weeks back, doesn't seem fake to me.  I already bought a Hyperdunk from a Nike store here in Manila but wanted a different colorway.  Seems legit but indeed it took them a week and a half to send me shipping details.

I've bought Olympic 08 hyperdunks from them and they were legit, but not sure about now cuz Im not gonna pay resale anymore.
