sign to tell the difference between real and fake Cement 4?

hey need help, i know like on the black/red 4's you can tell by the grey tabs..but what are signs to tell the real and fake cement 4 apart thnx!!

I'm not sure which Black/Red IVs are you talking about..
Is it the '99, or recent?

From what I can see, I don't think there's any difference between Collezione IVs and Fake IVs.
