What if instead businesses were supposed to tell you why they hired you?

Then the ppl who didn't get hired could just ask the ppl who got hired.

Not going to happen, but normally you can go around it by just sending a follow up email to ask why you got rejected, and usually they will give their answer.

No one is giving you a straight answer

Most rejections are emailed out by saying thank you for applying, we had a huge pool of qualified candidates and picked someone else better suited, etc, etc
