If you use the ask a question feature, would it be public? Just ask him why he is using your pic from last year.
 
there is a way you can report it. i did that a few years ago when i was reselling heavy and someone stole my cement iii picture. i forget where though...
 
Definitely figure out how to report it. Or, you should try bidding and if you win, alert the seller that you will not actually be paying for a picture of your own shoe

why would i use "..." before the question mark. The reason i used the "?" is because the 2011 and the "bought years ago" are contradicting.
