Yea, I don't get it either. Even when I was lean and 125 ish I'm pretty sure I was getting 1600 cals

Don't eem count what I eat now :lol:
 
im trying to get down to 180 ish (5'10)  , but also get my arms bigger and more definition on my back. 

Ive been cutting down on carbs and when i do eat carbs everything is brown or wheat but im having a hard time losing weight. i do 5 miles of cardio minimum everyday but the weight isnt coming off like it was when i was in my 20s.

With IF it was easy. Hard to eat that many calories in 4 hours

Not even, my maintenance is 2200. I'm doing 1800 now.

Any grown man should be able to down 1500 EASILY is 1 sitting.


Scratch that half a sitting.
Well yeah if you eat Mcdonald's or garbage its really easy.

Here's one of my meals:

1/2 cup rice with veggies- 150 calories

8 oz chicken breast- 240

Almond milk curry base with tomato paste and various peppers with onions and green pepper- 50 calories

After that 440 calories I'd be stuffed.

After that I'd have a protein shake with almond milk- 150 calories

Also a bagel breakfast sandwhich:

110 bagel

120 Omelette

50 calories turkey

50 calories ham

330 calories 

That's 920 in 2 hours, by then i'm really full.

All this to say, if you eat healthy foods, its not easy to eat 1500 calories in one meal.

I cut at 1800 calories before and never felt too tired. Obviously felt better when taking in more calories but anything lower than 1800 for a male is too low IMO at any weight.

I'm going on 4 months now, Fast from 11-7, eat from 7-11.
You lost me, you eat from 7-11 for both AM and PM? Just asking because these hours don't add up to 24 hours
eat from 7-11 PM = 4 hours

fast from 11 PM-7PM= 20 hours

I work 6:00 am- 2 pm. Home by 315, rest from 315-415.

Workout from 430-6.

Chill for an hour then start eating. 
I used to do the same thing as you. I had a set schedule with your same hours and I loved it.
I'm a creature of habit, so yeah I love it

Date nights with the wife always sort of annoy me cause I have to get off of my routine for a night

you fast from 11pm to 7pm the next day? and then when you do eat, it's only 1800 cals? for 4 months?? yea you arent destroying your metabolism or anything.

I cheat once every 2 weeks and am doing just fine.

Once I hit my goal weight and the marriage passes (December wedding)

I'll be doing 2200 calories and stop IF.

Its worked for me, and its really easy.

I never lost any goddamn weight meal prepping. and I was always hungry. Doing IF I'm always full, and never feel like I'm dieting, and weight comes off.

So yeah I'm fine man, criticize away, thats all Nt'ers do anways

How much are you weighing now? Down from what?
I'm 206 now, down from 235ish in May. 240 in December 2014 before my microdiscectomy.

Goal is 175-180.  Hopefully I'll hit that before the wedding.
